We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all authentic Arduino boards and components in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that items showing signs of soldering, physical modification, or electrical damage due to improper use are not eligible for return.
Initiate a Return Request
Log into your Arduino Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and include all documentation; ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Send your package to our designated regional warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and confirmation of receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
